How do I get help with Portfolium Network?

You can chat with Portfolium support from any page in Portfolium. You can also view the Portfolium User Group to search for an answer to your question.

You can view and access Portfolium help on any page in Portfolium. Click the Help icon to connect to Portfolium support.

To start a chat with Portfolium support, type your question in the Question field [1]. You will be notified when a Portfolium support representative responds to your inquiry.

To save a transcript of the chat, click the Save Transcript button [2]. To end the chat, click the End Chat button [3].
